RC14 CHIPPER WITH AUTO HOPPER UPTO 1500KG/HOUR (230/400V 3P 50Hz)

Designed to satisfy the requirements of restaurants, collective kitchens and food industries whose productions needs justify the use of an automatic potato chipper. The RC14 has an output of around 25 kg/minute and is perfectly suited to this type of requirement.

It is the filling and evacuation of the machine which need to be carefully studied in order to obtain maximum productivity from the RC14.

Included accessories - 14mm Chipping Block

It may be filled:

• manually, by pouring the peeled potatoes into the hopper, so that the RC14 can chip or slice the potatoes in a matter of seconds, before evacuating them into trays.

• automatically by a conveyor belt, linked to a series of peelers (e.g. Ti25).

To alter the size of the chips, simply change the cutter block. This is quick and easy to do.

During operation, it is impossible to access the cutters and drum, as the cutter block and the drum are enclosed in the body of the machine.

The hopper has a safety plate which allows potatoes to pass but not the hand of an operator.

If this hopper is opened during operation, the machine is stopped immediately. Similarly, if the cutter block is not fitted, the machine will not start.

• Materials:

The body and drum of the RC14 are made of corrosion resistant aluminium.

The hopper and cutter block blade are made of stainless steel.

The conformity of the potato chipper RC14 is certified by the mark attached to the machine and with the declaration of conformity.

The vegetable potato chipper RC14 has been designed and manufactured in conformity with :

• The machine directive 89/392 EEC

• The CEM directive 89/336 EEC

• The hygiene directive 89/109 and 90/128 EEC

• To the european standards:

- EN 60 204-1/1992 - Electrical equipment of machines.

- EN1678-1998 - Vegetable preparation machine, integrated safety devices

• Cutter blocks available:

For standard chips, thicknesses of 8 or 10 mm, on request 12 and 14 mm blocks are available.

For sliced potatoes, thicknesses of 4, 6 and 8 mm.
